Over the years, Japhari has collaborated with key government organizations in Tanzania, including the President’s Office - Regional Administration and Local Government (PO-RALG),Medical Stores Department (MSD), Ministry of Health, Bank of Tanzania, Ministry of ICT, Ministry of Finance, President’s Office - Public Service Management (PO-PSM),Tanzania People’s Defence Forces (TPDF) ,PPRA,and the e-Government Authority (e-GA), developing large-scale systems that improve public service delivery, healthcare, education, human resource and financial management.

Beyond his professional achievements, Japhari is also committed to nurturing the next generation of tech innovators. He leads Swahili Developers a mentorship and tutoring program where he guides university students, helping them build skills and bring positive impacts to the tech community. Through this initiative, Japhari has successfully helped many students discover their career paths, with some securing positions in private and public institutions. His dedication to empowering others showcases his broader commitment to not only advancing his career but also fostering growth and success in the tech community.
